2 Spoergsmaalene er blevet rejst under en sag, hvori sagsoegerne Ligue royale belge pour la protection des oiseaux ASBL (herefter "LRBPO") og Société d' études ornithologiques AVES ASBL (herefter "AVES") har nedlagt paastand om annullation af to af regionen Vallonien udstedte bekendtgoerelser, der bl.a. paa visse betingelser tillader indfangning af fugle af visse arter, der er beskyttet ved direktivet.

2 Diese Fragen stellen sich im Zusammenhang mit einer Klage der Ligue royale belge pour la protection des oiseaux ASBL (im folgenden: LRBPO) und der Société d' études ornithologiques AVES ASBL (im folgenden: AVES) auf Nichtigerklärung zweier Verordnungen der Wallonischen Region, durch die u. a. der Fang von Vögeln einiger durch die Richtlinie geschützter Arten unter bestimmten Voraussetzungen gestattet wird.

2 Τα ερωτήματα αυτά ανέκυψαν στο πλαίσιο εκδικάσεως προσφυγής ακυρώσεως που άσκησε η Ligue royale belge pour la protection des oiseaux ASBL (στο εξής: LRBPO) και η Societe d' etudes ornithologiques AVES ASBL (στο εξής: AVES) κατά δύο αποφάσεων της Περιφέρειας της Βαλωνίας, οι οποίες, μεταξύ άλλων, επιτρέπουν, υπό ορισμένες προϋποθέσεις, τη σύλληψη ορισμένων ειδών πτηνών που προστατεύονται από την οδηγία.

2 Those questions arose in an action for annulment brought by the Ligue Royale Belge pour la Protection des Oiseaux ASBL (the Royal Belgian League for the Protection of Birds, hereinafter `the Ligue Royale') and the Société d'Études Ornithologiques AVES ASBL (Society for Bird Studies AVES, hereinafter `AVES') against two orders of the Region of Wallonia, which, inter alia, authorize the capture, under specified conditions, of certain species of birds protected by the Directive.
