And you will surely find them the greediest among mankind for life. and (likewise) among the polytheists (idolaters). each one of them yearns to live a thousand years. and the grant of such age will not distance him from the punishment. and Allah is seeing their misdeeds.

और (ऐ रसूल) तुम उन ही को ज़िन्दगी का सबसे ज्यादा हरीस पाओगे और मुशरिक़ों में से हर एक शख्स चाहता है कि काश उसको हज़ार बरस की उम्र दी जाती हालाँकि अगर इतनी तूलानी उम्र भी दी जाए तो वह ख़ुदा के अज़ाब से छुटकारा देने वाली नहीं, और जो कुछ वह लोग करते हैं खुदा उसे देख रहा है
