يجب الاستعاضة عن الجزء الأخير من الفقرة 7 من الديباجة أي ”إعلان الدوحة بشأن عملية التنمية“ بالنص التالي: ”ونشير إلى مؤتمر المتابعة الدولي لتمويل التنمية المعني باستعراض تنفيذ توافق آراء الدوحة“.

In the seventh preambular paragraph, the phrase “the Doha Declaration on Financing for Development” should be replaced with the phrase “recalling the Follow-up International Conference on Financing for Development to Review the Implementation of the Monterrey Consensus, held in Doha”.
