The compound of the present invention remarkably inhibits UCH-L1 activity, and particularly, inhibits wound healing with respect to cancer cells and has low cytotoxicity and an excellent cell infiltration inhibition effect, and thus can be useful as a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating neurodegenerative diseases such as cancer, Alzheimer's disease or Parkinson's disease, which are diseases associated with UCH-L1.
