If the case is provisionally accepted, the investigator will be asked to obtain IRB approval (either local IRB or accept the NCI CIRB approval), execute a material transfer agreement (MTA) with the Biospecimen Core Resource facility, provide clinical data, submit the tumor tissue (and non-tumor tissue, if available), and execute a contract to receive reimbursement.
