Right after these horrendous killings by the insane terrorists, President Tran Duc Luong and Foreign Minister Nguyen Dy Nien of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam, in their messages of condolence addressed to President George Bush and Secretary of State Colin Powell, extended the deepest sympathy and condolences of the people and Government of Viet Nam to the people and Government of the United States of America and voiced their indignation at and strong condemnation of the barbarous acts, which involved the heavy loss of innocent lives

A raíz de estos asesinatos horrendos a manos de terroristas lunáticos, el Presidente de la República Socialista de Viet Nam, Tran Duc Luong, y el Ministro de Relaciones Exteriores, Nguyen Dy Nien, en sus mensajes de condolencias al Presidente George Bush y al Secretario de Estado Colin Powell, trasmitieron la solidaridad y las condolencias más profundas del pueblo y el Gobierno de Viet Nam al pueblo y al Gobierno de los Estados Unidos de América, manifestaron su indignación por esos actos de barbarie, que provocaron tan grandes pérdidas de vidas inocentes, y expresaron su enérgica condena al respecto

Juste après ces horribles meurtres commis par des terroristes déments, le Président de la République socialiste du Viet Nam, Tran Duc Luong, et le Ministre des affaires étrangères, Nguyen Dy Nien, ont exprimé les très sincères condoléances du peuple et du Gouvernement du Viet Nam au peuple et au Gouvernement des États-Unis d'Amérique dans leurs messages de condoléances adressés au Président George Bush et au Secrétaire d'État Colin Powell. Вслед за ужасными нападениями безумных террористов президент Чан Дык Лыонг и министр иностранных дел Социалистической Республики Вьетнам г-н Нгуен Ди Ниен в своих посланиях с выражениями соболезнования в адрес президента Джорджа Буша и государственного секретаря г-на Колина Пауэлла выразили глубокое сочувствие и соболезнования народу и правительству Соединенных Штатов Америки, а также свое возмущение и решительное осуждение варварских актов, которые привели к гибели большого числа ни в чем не повинных людей
