ويساور اللجنة القلق من أن التغطية الوطنية الفعلية والتنفيذ والرصد والتقييم المنتظم للسياسة الوطنية المتعلقة بالأطفال والمراهقين يقوِّضها عدم كفاية التنسيق بين المستوى المركزي والمجالس الكانتونية المعنية بالأطفال والمراهقين والمجالس الكانتونية لحماية الحقوق.

The Committee is further concerned that the effective national coverage and systematic implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the national policy on children and adolescents are undermined by inadequate coordination between the central level and the Cantonal Councils for Children and Adolescents (Concejos Cantonales de la Niñez y Adolescencia) and the Cantonal Boards for Protection of Rights (Juntas Cantonales de Protección de Derechos).

Le Comité relève aussi avec inquiétude que la couverture nationale de la politique nationale en faveur de l’enfance et de l’adolescence ainsi que sa mise en œuvre, son suivi et son évaluation systématiques sont sapés par le manque de coordination entre le niveau central et les Conseils cantonaux des enfants et des adolescents (Concejos Cantonales de la Niñez y Adolescencia) et les Comités cantonaux de protection des droits (Juntas Cantonales de Protección de Derechos).
