وكررا حجتهما بأن عدم التوزيع العادل للأملاك يشكل انتهاكاً لرغبة والدهما المتوفى في تقسيم أملاكه بالتساوي بين أبنائه الثلاثة ويشكل بالتالي انتهاكاً للمادة 17 من العهد.

The authors reiterate their argument that the unequal distribution of the estate violates the will of their deceased father to divide his assets equally among his three children and thus constitutes a violation of article 17 of the Covenant.
