In Artikel 10 der Verordnung ( EWG ) Nr. 2088 / 85 ist festgelegt, daß die finanzielle Beteiligung der Gemeinschaft an der Durchführung der IMP gewährleistet wird durch: eine Beteiligung der Strukturfonds ( Europäischer Fonds für regionale Entwicklung, Europäischer Sozialfonds, Abteilung Ausrichtung " des Europäischen Ausrichtungs- und Garantiefonds für die Landwirtschaft ) in Höhe von 2 500 Mio ECU; zusätzliche Haushaltsmittel in Höhe von 1 600 Mio ECU aus einer spezifischen Haushaltslinie mit der Bezeichnung Integrierte Mittelmeerprogramme zusätzlicher Beitrag "; Darlehen, die von der Europäischen Investitionsbank ( EIB ) aus den eigenen Mitteln und den Mitteln des neuen Gemeinschaftsinstruments gewährt werden können, in Höhe von ingesamt rund 2 500 Mio ECU.

Στο άρθρο 10 του κανονισμού ( ΕΟΚ ) αριθ. 2088 / 85 προβλέπεται ότι η χρηματοδοτική συνδρομή της Κοινότητας για την υλοποίηση των ΜΟΠ εξασφα ¬ λίζεται με συμμετοχή των διαρθρωτικών ταμείων ( Ευρωπαϊκό Ταμείο Περιφερειακής Ανάπτυξης, Ευρωπαϊκό Κοι ¬ νωνικό Ταμείο, τμήμα « προσανατολισμού » του Ευρωπαϊκού Γεωργικού Ταμείου Προσανατολισμού και Εγγυήσεων ), που ανέρχεται σε 2 500 εκατ. ECU-πρόσθετη επιβάρυνση του προϋπολογισμού που ανέρχεται σε 1 600 εκατ. ECU και πραγματοποιείται από τις πιστώσεις ενός ειδικού κονδυλίου του προϋπολογισμού που ονομάζεται « ολοκληρωμένα μεσογειακά προγράμματα πρόσθετη εισφορά » -δυνατότητες χορήγησης δανείων από την Ευρωπαϊ ¬ κή Τράπεζα Επενδύσεων ( ETE ), από τους ίδιους πόρους της και από τους πόρους του νέου κοινοτικού μέσου, συνολικού ποσού που εκτιμάται σε 2 500 εκατ. Article 10 of Council Regulation ( EEC ) No 2088 / 85 stipulates that financial aid from the Community budget for the implementation of IMPs shall take the form of: a contribution of 2 500 Mio ECU from the Structural Funds ( European Regional Development Fund, Euro ¬ pean Social Fund and the Guidance Section of the European Agricultural Guidance and Guarantee Fund ); an additional budgetary allocation of 1 600 Mio ECU from the appropriations allocated to a special budget article entitled'Integrated Mediterranean Programmes Additional contribution'( Article 551 ); the option of loans from the European Investment Bank ( EIB ), from its own own resources or from NCI resources, totalling an estimated 2 500 Mio ECU.
