5. Anspruch 1 gemäß Haupt- bzw. erstem Hilfsantrag der Beschwerdegegnerin ist wegen Mangels an erfinderischer Tätigkeit seines Gegenstands nicht gewährbar - Artikel 52 (1) EPÜ in Verbindung mit Artikel 56. Die besagten Anträge sind deshalb abzuweisen.
