وفيما يتعلق بالموضوع، خلصت المحكمة إلى أن إجراء الطعن لم يدحض وجود مخالفات قانونية بل اقتصر على إنكار صحة الوقائع والتشكيك في الأدلة، دون الإشارة بشكل واضح ومحدد إلى أوجه القصور التي تعتري الأحكام القضائية والتقارير الفنية.

As for the merits, it concluded that the appeal did not dispute the existence of the offences but merely refuted facts pertaining to them and questioned the reliability of the evidence, without providing a clear and concrete explanation of which aspects of the rulings and technical reports on which the charges were based contained manifest errors.
