وقد وضعت المرحلة الأولى من الدورة، المعنونة "برنامج إدارة للمرأة في الوظائف الحكومية"، كلية الإدارة المالية وفيما بعد الكلية الوطنية للإدارة العامة، حيث لا تزال الدورة تدرّس في هذه الكلية على أساس منتظم.

The first stage of the course entitled “Management Program for Women in the Public Service” was developed by the School of Financial Administration (ESAF) and later on by the National School of Public Administration (ENAP), where it continues to be taught on a regular basis.
