The investments in Serbia are part of the Chinese Government’s plan for big investment cycle, which encompasses credits to 16 countries of the South East Europe. Out of the total amount, China will grant one third of credits under favorable conditions, i.e. with longer payoff period and lower interest rates than in the market.
