This amendment added a third paragraph to the article containing a clause prohibiting any form of discrimination whatsoever on the grounds of ethnic or national origin, gender, age, disability, social status, health status, religion, opinion, orientation, civil status or any other grounds constituting an affront to human dignity and having the aim of nullifying or undermining individual rights and freedoms.

Dicha modificación consistió en la adición del tercer párrafo a dicho artículo que incorpora una cláusula que prohíbe toda discriminación motivada por origen étnico o nacional, el género, la edad, la discapacidad, la condición social, las condiciones de salud, la religión, las opiniones, las preferencias, el estado civil o cualquier otra que atente contra la dignidad humana y tenga por objeto anular o menoscabar los derechos y libertades de las personas.

Cette modification a consisté en l'adjonction du troisième paragraphe dudit article qui contient une clause interdisant toute discrimination fondée sur l'origine ethnique ou nationale, le sexe, l'âge, le handicap, la condition sociale, l'état de santé, la religion, les opinions, les préférences, l'état civil ou toute autre raison qui porte atteinte à la dignité humaine et a pour objet de supprimer ou d'affaiblir les droits et libertés des personnes.

Ею в указанную статью включалась третья часть, инкорпорирующая клаузулу, в которой запрещается любая дискриминация по признаку этнического или национального происхождения, пола, возраста, инвалидности, социального положения, состояния здоровья, религии, взглядов, симпатий, гражданского состояния, как и любая другая дискриминация, являющаяся посягательством на достоинство человеческой личности или посягательством на права и свободы граждан.
