This plant transformation method performed via grafting of a rootstock and scion, serving as a solution therefor, is characterized in that siRNA for activating transcriptional gene silencing is produced in a scion, the siRNA having been produced in the scion is transported to a rootstock via grafting, and the rootstock is transformed by the activation of the transcriptional gene silencing in the rootstock.

Ce procédé de transformation de plante réalisé par la greffe d'un porte-greffe et d'un greffon, servant de solution à ce problème, est caractérisé en ce que l'ARNsi pour l'activation du silençage génique transcriptionnel est produit dans un greffon, l'ARNsi ayant été produit dans le greffon étant transporté à un porte-greffe par l'intermédiaire d'une greffe, et le porte-greffe étant transformé par l'activation du silençage génique transcriptionnel dans le porte-greffe.
