وعملاً بأحكام قانون هذا المخطط، فإن انضمام أعضاء جدد إلى مخططات المعهد الوطني لمعاشات الخدمة المدنية، قد استكمل في 1999؛ وزود المساهمون الذين حُولوا إلى مخطط ادخارات المعاشات، بشهادات تحويل تثبت فترات الاشتراكات في مؤسسات نظام المعاشات العام حتى تاريخ التحويل.

Pursuant to the provisions of the SAP Act, the incorporation of new members in the INPEP schemes was completed in 1999; the contributors who transferred to the SAP were issued with certificates of transfer which recognized periods of contribution to the institutions of the public pensions system up to the date of transfer.

Como efecto de las disposiciones establecidas en la Ley SAP, se finalizó en 1999 la afiliación de nuevos cotizantes al sistema que administra el INPEP, para los cotizantes que se trasladaron al SAP, se emitieron certificados de traspaso, que representan el reconocimiento por el tiempo de servicio que hubiesen cotizado en las Instituciones del Sistema Público de Pensiones a la fecha de su traslado.

En application des dispositions de la loi SAP, on a achevé en 1999 l'affiliation des nouveaux cotisants au système géré par l'INPEP; pour les cotisants ayant été transférés au système SAP, des certificats de transfert ont été émis, lesquels reconnaissent la durée de service pour laquelle ils ont cotisé aux institutions du système public de pensions jusqu'à la date du transfert.
