What emerged the most was the desire that the political forces will have the capacity to influence and supervise foreign policy, the role of Moroccans residing abroad, the need to not confuse the criticisms of the PJD with anti-Americanism, harmony between the PJD and the main lines of Moroccan foreign policy such as its economic relations with Europe, the defence of Moroccan ownership of Western Sahara and the importance of maintaining good, neighbourly relations with Spain, especially since 2004.

Sobresalió la voluntad de que las fuerzas políticas tengan capacidad de influencia y supervisión sobre la política exterior, el rol de los marroquíes residentes en el extranjero, la necesidad de no confundir las críticas del PJD con antiamericanismo, la sintonía del PJD con las grandes líneas de la política exterior marroquí como las relaciones económicas con Europa, la defensa de la marroquinidad del Sahara Occidental o la importancia de mantener relaciones de buena vecindad con España, especialmente a partir del año 2004.
