(3) Teilt ein Mitgliedstaat der Kommission innerhalb der in Absatz 1 Buchstaben a und b genannten Fristen kein zulässiges Angebot mit, so gilt, dass dieser Mitgliedstaat der Kommission eine Nullmeldung vorgelegt hat.

3. Where a Member State does not notify the Commission of an admissible offer or tender within the time limits referred to in points (a) and (b) of paragraph 1, it shall be deemed to have notified the Commission of a nil return.

(3) Amennyiben egy tagállam az (1) bekezdés a) és b) pontjában meghatározott határidőn belül nem értesíti elfogadható ajánlatról vagy pályázatról a Bizottságot, úgy kell tekinteni, hogy a tagállam arról értesítette a Bizottságot, hogy nem érkezett be egyetlen pályázat sem.

(3) Dacă un stat membru nu notifică Comisiei o ofertă pentru achiziție la preț fix sau o ofertă în cadrul unei licitații admisibilă până la termenele-limită menționate la alineatul (1) literele (a) și (b), se consideră că statul membru respectiv a transmis Comisiei o notificare cu mențiunea „zero”.
