It was the beginning of an ambitious project: the construction, near the old underground cellar, of the new facilities for elaboration, aging and bottling, equipped with modern technology, for the vinification of small production of high quality wines, without forgetting the traditional methods. Every year since then, only grapes harvested in their own vineyards are selected for vinification.

Comienza entonces un ambicioso proyecto de construcción de las actuales instalaciones de elaboración, crianza y embotellado entre otras, junto a la antigua bodega subterránea, equipándolas con la tecnología moderna para vinificar sin olvidar los métodos tradicionales caldos de cortas producciones limitadas: anualmente únicamente se vinifica la vendimia seleccionada de los viñedos de su propiedad.
