The present invention provides golf glasses with a lens printed with a color focus, wherein the color focus is formed in the left or the right lens for a reference point, so that the golfer wearing the glasses is provided with a reference point of a clear color focus for the left or the right eye so as to maintain a consistent swing position and to continuously correct a swing error.
