Pursuant to Act No. 27 of 13 December 1993, two instruments have been approved: the Agreement establishing the Fund for the Development of the Indigenous Peoples of Latin America and the Caribbean, and the Central American Ecological Proposal for the Summit Meeting of Presidents held in Miami. In addition, approval was given for drafting of the National Plan of Action for the World Summit for Social Development.

En cumplimiento a la Ley No 27 de 13 de diciembre de 1993, se aprobó el Convenio constitutivo del Fondo de desarrollo de los pueblos indígenas de América Latina y el Caribe, así como la propuesta ecológica centroamericana para la reunión cumbre de Presidentes celebrada en Miami y la elaboración del Plan de acción nacional para la Cumbre Mundial sobre desarrollo social.

En application de la loi n° 27 du 13 décembre 1993, la Convention portant création du Fonds pour le progrès des populations autochtones d’Amérique latine et des Caraïbes a été approuvée, ainsi que la proposition écologique centraméricaine pour la réunion au sommet des présidents à Miami et l’élaboration du plan d’action national en vue du Sommet mondial pour le développement social.

Во исполнение закона No 27 от 13 декабря 1993 года были одобрены соглашение о создании Фонда развития коренных народов Латинской Америки и Карибского бассейна и также Центральноамериканская экологическая инициатива в связи со встречей президентов в Майами, а также выработка Национального плана действий в рамках подготовки к Всемирной встрече на высшем уровне в интересах социального развития.
