the plant of a collection center where the plant distribution can be improved, if it is well known in an empirical form that the maize grain dry capacity does not meet the current demand, this could benefit with a drying increment, in order to this would create a plan to improve and attention for the period (2018-2019). therefore it was impressive, to talk with the workers, to know how to work and place to get information for their rear analysis that allows to prepare a successful diagnosis; discover dead times and tools that difficult the normal work of the employees. from this investigation it is expected the improvement of de utility in the infrastructure of the plant center to achieve a better use of existing resources in the plant taking a reference to the structure of good manufacturing practices (G.M.P.).

Thesis Resumen: El presente trabajo de investigación propone un análisis aplicado a la planta de un centro de acopio donde se pueda mejorar la distribución de planta, si bien es conocida de forma empírica que la capacidad de secado de grano de maíz no cumple con la demanda actual, esta podría beneficiarse con un incremento de secado, respecto a esto se crearía un plan para mejorar y captar atención para el periodo (2018-2019).
