وأخيراً، ففيما يتعلق بالبروتوكول الاختياري الأول الملحق بالعهد الدولي الخاص بالحقوق المدنية والسياسية، كلف الاتحاد المركز السويسري للخبرات في مجال حقوق الإنسان بإجراء دراسة مقارنة بين اختصاص لجنة حقوق الإنسان واللجنة الأوروبية لحقوق الإنسان، لكي يتسنى له تقييم نطاق التصديق.

With regard to the first Optional Protocol to the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, the Confederation has commissioned the Swiss Resource Centre for Human Rights to carry out a comparative study of the case law of the Human Rights Committee and the case law of the European Court of Human Rights, with a view to gauging the possible impact that ratification of the Protocol would have.

Por último, en lo relativo al primer Protocolo facultativo del Pacto Internacional de Derechos Civiles y Políticos, la Confederación encomendó al Centro suizo para el estudio de los derechos humanos que realizase un estudio comparativo de la jurisprudencia del Comité de Derechos Humanos y la del Tribunal Europeo de Derechos Humanos, con el objetivo de evaluar el alcance de la ratificación.

Enfin, concernant le premier Protocole facultatif au Pacte international relatif aux droits civils et politiques, la Confédération a mandaté le Centre suisse de compétence pour les droits humains afin d'effectuer une étude comparative entre la jurisprudence du Comité des droits de l'homme et celle de la Cour européenne des droits de l'homme, dans le but de pouvoir évaluer la portée d’une ratification.

И наконец, что касается первого Факультативного протокола к Международному пакту о гражданских и политических правах, то федеральное правительство дало поручение швейцарскому Центру по правам человека провести сравнительный анализ судебной практики Комитета по правам человека и Европейского суда по правам человека для оценки правовых последствий ратификации.
