وعقب استعراض هيكل الملاك الوظيفي وما يرتبط به من مهام، يُقترح نقل ثماني وظائف (لموظفين وطنيين) إلى كل من القسم الهندسي (وظيفة واحدة) ومكتب المدير (وظيفة واحدة) ومكتب الشؤون السياسية (ست وظائف)، علاوة على وظيفتين (من الرتبة المحلية) تُنقل إحداهما إلى قسم المشتريات والأخرى إلى قسم الدعم اللوجستي.

After reviewing the staffing structure and related functions, it is proposed to redeploy eight positions (National Officers) to the Engineering Section (one position), the Office of the Chief of Staff (one position) and the Political Affairs Office (six positions), as well as two positions (Local level) to the Procurement Section (one position) and the Logistics Support Section (one position).
