وتعزى هذه الزيادة في معظمها إلى تطوير الأنظمة ذات الصلة في إدارة الشؤون الإدارية ومنها مثلا نظام تطبيق الميزانية في المؤسسة في شعبة تمويل عمليات حفظ السلام (انظر الفقرة 91 أدناه)، ونظام إدارة العلاقة مع الزبائن في شعبة خدمات تكنولوجيا المعلومات، ونظام إدارة المحتوى في المؤسسة في مركز إدارة المحفوظات والسجلات (انظر الفقرة 105 أدناه)؛ ووضع مشاريع تكنولوجيا المعلومات في إدارة عمليات حفظ السلام، مثل شبكة الإنترانت ونظام إدارة المحتوى في المؤسسة وصيانة وتحسين موقع قسم أفضل ممارسات حفظ السلام على الشبكة العالمية؛ وإلى التكفل باقتناء معدات تكنولوجيا المعلومات المتصلة بالوظائف الإضافية المقترحة في إطار حساب الدعم.

This is related mostly to the development of related systems in the Department of Management, such as the Enterprise Budget Application (EBA) system in the Peacekeeping Financing Division (see para. 91 below), the Customer Relationship Management system (CRM) in the Information Technology Services Division and the Enterprise Content Management (ECM) system for the Archives and Records Management Section (see para. 105 below); the development of information technology projects in the Department of Peacekeeping Operations, such as the Intranet, ECM and the maintenance and enhancement of the Peacekeeping Best Practices Section website; and provision for the purchase of information technology equipment associated with the additional support account posts proposed.

Il doit servir essentiellement à financer la mise au point de systèmes informatiques au Département de la gestion [progiciel budgétaire à la Division du financement des opérations de maintien de la paix (voir plus bas, par. 91), système de gestion de la relation client à la Division de l’informatique et progiciel de gestion des contenus à la Section des archives et des dossiers, notamment (voir plus bas, par. 105)], la réalisation de divers projets informatiques au Département des opérations de maintien de la paix (Intranet, progiciel de gestion des contenus, entretien et enrichissement du site Web de la Section des pratiques optimales de maintien de la paix, notamment) et l’achat de matériel informatique pour les postes supplémentaires qu’il est proposé d’imputer sur le compte d’appui.
