بناء على تعليمات من حكومتي، أتشرف بإبلاغكم أنه بتاريخ 20 تموز/يوليه 2004، وابتداء من الساعة 30/10، عمدت القوات الإسرائيلية إلى توتير الأوضاع في الجنوب عبر الخط الأزرق بارتكابها لاعتداءات جوية وقصف مدفعي ميداني طال مواقع ومناطق محاذية لبلدة عيتا الشعب وغيرها من البلدات اللبنانية المجاورة.

On instructions from my Government, I have the honour to inform you that starting at 10:30 a.m. on 20 July 2004, the Israeli forces undertook to create further tension in the South across the Blue Line by committing aerial acts of aggression and field artillery shelling that affected locations and areas opposite the village of Ayta al-Sha`b and other neighbouring Lebanese villages.

Siguiendo instrucciones de mi Gobierno, tengo el honor de poner en conocimiento de Vuestra Excelencia que, a las 10.30 horas del 20 de julio de 2004, las fuerzas israelíes iniciaron una campaña para aumentar la tensión en el sur a lo largo de la Línea Azul, perpetrando agresiones aéreas y bombardeando con fuego de artillería de campaña, alcanzando posiciones y zonas adyacentes a la localidad de Ayta al-Shaab y a otras aldeas libanesas colindantes.

D’ordre de mon gouvernement, j’ai l’honneur de vous informer que, le 20 juillet 2004, à partir de 10 h 30, les forces israéliennes ont délibérément fait monter la tension dans le sud, par-delà de la Ligne bleue, en procédant à des raids aériens et à des tirs d’artillerie dirigés contre des localités et des zones situées à proximité d’Ayta al-Cha’b et d’autres villes libanaises avoisinantes.

По поручению моего правительства имею честь информировать Вас о том, что с 10 ч. 30 м. 20 июля 2004 года израильские силы нагнетают напряженность на юге вдоль «голубой линии», осуществляя акты агрессии с воздуха и обстрел полевой артиллерией населенных пунктов и районов, лежащих напротив деревни Айта-эш-Шааб и других соседних ливанских деревень.
