In the conversations with President Tabare Vazquez, Acting General Assembly President Alberto Couriel and during the talks with Foreign Minister Reinaldo Gargano, which passed in an atmosphere of friendship and mutual understanding, an exchange of views took place on a broad range of pressing international problems and issues in bilateral ties in the context of the celebration this year of the 150th anniversary of the establishment of Russian-Uruguayan diplomatic relations.
