وفي ظل هذه البيئة يُـقترح إنشاء وظيفة عليا في الرتبة مد-2 لتوجيـه وتنسيق تطوير الهيكل الأساسي في المؤسسة وغير ذلك من العمليات، بما في ذلك التعافي من كوارث تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات على الصعيد العالمي، وقيادة جهود مواءمة الهيكل الأساسي في كافة أرجاء المنظمة.

In this environment, it is proposed that a senior-level position at the D-2 level be established to direct and coordinate the development of the enterprise infrastructure and other operations, including global ICT disaster recovery, as well as to lead Organization-wide infrastructure harmonization efforts.

В этой связи предлагается создать должность старшего сотрудника уровня Д‐2 для обеспечения руководства и координации разработки общеорганизационной инфраструктуры и других систем, включая глобальную систему послеаварийного восстановления ИКТ, а также для руководства общеорганизационными усилиями по согласованию инфраструктуры.
