The apparatus of the present invention consists of the fixing unit and the tong-type frame, wherein the fixing unit is fixed at the lower end of the upper garment, and the tong-type frame fixes either a belt or the top of the lower garment so that the lower end of the upper garment may not be exposed outwardly from the lower garment, thus exhibiting the effects of making the style of dress of a user appear neat and enabling the user to wear clothes comfortably.
