وفيما يتعلق بالمقترحات التفصيلية الواردة في الاستراتيجية العالمية، وجد المشاركون أن الحاجة تدعو إلى مواصلة صقل وتطوير الإطار المفاهيمي والمنهجية المتبعة لتقييم القدرات الوطنية في الإحصاءات الزراعية وتحديد المجموعة الدنيا للبيانات الرئيسية والإطار المتكامل للدراسات الاستقصائية والإطار الرئيسي للمعاينة.

Regarding the detailed proposals included in the Global Strategy, the participants found that further refinements and developments were needed in the conceptual framework, the methodology for assessing national capacity in agriculture statistics, the defining of a minimum set of core data, the integrated survey framework and the master sampling frame.

Por lo que atañe a las propuestas detalladas previstas en la estrategia mundial, los participantes estimaron que había que retocar y detallar más el marco conceptual, la metodología de evaluación de la capacidad nacional en materia de estadísticas agrícolas, la definición de un conjunto mínimo de datos básicos, el marco integrado de realización de encuestas y un marco maestro de muestreo.

Что касается детальных предложений, включенных в Глобальную стратегию, то участники пришли к выводу о том, что необходимы дальнейшие уточнения и доработки в отношении концептуальных рамок, методологии оценки национального потенциала в области статистики сельского хозяйства, определения минимального набора основных данных, базовых принципов комплексных обследований и контрольной основы для построения выборки.
