Results of the Subsidy Investigation The following programs were identified at the time of initiation and examined in order to establish if there were financial contributions made by any level of government, and if so, to establish if a benefit was conferred to persons engaged in the production, manufacture, growth, processing, purchase, distribution, transportation, sale, export or import of the subject goods: 1. export refunds; 2. compensation system for storage costs; 3. system of preferential imports; 4. UK refining aid; and 5. framework program for research and technological development.

Résultats de l'enquête sur le subventionnement Les programmes énumérés ci-après sont ceux qui ont été relevés au moment de l'ouverture de l'enquête et qui ont été examinés pour déterminer si des contributions financières avaient été versées par l'un ou l'autre des gouvernements, et pour déterminer, le cas échéant, si un avantage avait été conféré aux personnes se livrant à la production ou à la commercialisation des marchandises en cause, à un stade quelconque, ou au transport, ou à leur exportation ou importation : 1. restitutions à l'exportation; 2. système de péréquation des frais de stockage; 3. régime d'importations préférentielles; 4. aide au raffinage au R.-U.; 5. programme-cadre de recherche et de développement technologique.
