ومع مراعاة التحليلات التي قدمها رئيس الاجتماع الثاني عشر للدول الأطراف للطلبات المقدمة بموجب المادة 5 من الاتفاقية ومراعاة الطلبات نفسها، اتخذ الاجتماع القرارات التالية:
