وتوصي اللجنة كذلك الدولة الطرف بأن تعترف رسمياً في التشريعات بلغة الإشارة التايلندية من أجل ضمان استخدامها الكامل والفعال في الدولة الطرف، وأن تعزز مبادرات التدريب وإصدار الشهادات لضمان توافر مترجمين محترفين بلغة الإشارة التايلندية.

It also recommends that the State party officially recognize Thai Sign Language in legislation to ensure its full and effective application in the State party and increase training and certification initiatives to ensure the availability of professional Thai Sign Language interpreters.

Recomienda asimismo al Estado parte que reconozca oficialmente la lengua de señas tailandesa en la legislación para que se utilice de forma plena y efectiva en el Estado parte, y que refuerce la capacitación y las iniciativas de acreditación para garantizar la disponibilidad de intérpretes profesionales de lengua de señas tailandesa.
