ووافقت الأمم المتحدة على مواصلة التكفل بكامل تكاليف ما يقدمه الصندوق من خدمات وتسهيلات أخرى، كتكاليف تجهيز كشوف مرتبات الموظفين، ووظيفتي شؤون الموظفين والمشتريات، ومختلف اللوازم، وبعض تكاليف الاتصالات السلكية واللاسلكية وغيرها، على أن يكون مفهوما أنه إذا كان هناك أي تعديل على الاتفاق الذي تم التوصل إليه بشأن صيغة الثلث/الثلثين أو إذا ما قدم أي طلب لأن تتولى المنظمة التكفل بتكاليف إضافية، فإن الأمم المتحدة تحتفظ بموقفها بشأن التكفل بكامل هذه التكاليف غير المباشرة.

The United Nations agreed to continue to fully absorb the costs related to the other services and facilities provided to the Fund, such as staff payroll processing, personnel and procurement functions, miscellaneous supplies and certain telecommunications costs and so on, on the understanding that should there be any adjustment to the agreement reached as to the one third/two thirds formula or should any requests be made for additional costs to be absorbed by the Organization, the United Nations would reserve its position on the full absorption of such indirect costs.

Las Naciones Unidas acordaron seguir absorbiendo plenamente los gastos relacionados con los demás servicios e instalaciones prestados a la Caja, como tramitación de nóminas de personal, funciones relativas a los recursos humanos y las adquisiciones, suministros diversos y algunos gastos de telecomunicaciones, entre otros, en el entendimiento de que si hubiera algún ajuste en el acuerdo alcanzado respecto a la fórmula de un tercio/dos tercios o si se solicitara que la Organización absorbiera otros gastos, las Naciones Unidas se reservaría su posición sobre la plena absorción de esos gastos indirectos.

L’ONU a accepté de continuer de supporter la totalité des dépenses afférentes aux autres services et installations fournis à la Caisse, notamment les services de paie, d’administration du personnel et d’achat, diverses fournitures et certains services de communication, étant entendu que si l’accord relatif à la formule un tiers/deux tiers était modifié ou s’il lui était demandé de prendre à sa charge d’autres frais, elle se réservait le droit de changer d’avis.
