The present invention relates to a system for providing a purchase support service for promoting sales and a method for same, comprising: receiving participation registration with respect to the purchase support service from salespersons who sell a product through a plurality of open markets; selecting people to receive a purchase support allowance from among potential purchasers who have made a partial payment on the condition of purchasing the product in the future, and providing the persons with the purchase support allowance; and processing a signal with respect to same through a mobile application, thereby providing the system for providing the purchase support service for promoting sales and the method for same, which is very convenient and can promote sales.
