وخلال فترة الأربعة أشهر الأولى من عام 2010، تعاون البرنامج في مستوى المرحلة دال منه مع قسم التنمية المجتمعية في كلية الاتصالات التابعة لجامعة بيونس آيرس في إجراء دراسة الهدف منها تحديد الأشخاص المؤهلين لمواصلة الدراسة الثانوية من مسافات متوسطة البعد أو من بعيد خلال السنة الدراسية التالية، وذلك من بين المرشحين المسجلين لدى مكتب التشغيل التابع للوحدة المعنية بالأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة والفئات الضعيفة.

During the first four months of 2010, the D phase of the programme collaborated with the Department of Community Development of the School of Communications of the University of Buenos Aires on a study designed to identify, among the candidates registered with the Employment Office of the Unit for Persons with Disabilities and Vulnerable Groups, those who would be eligible to pursue secondary studies in the classroom, in a semi-distance modality or in a distance modality during the next school year.

Durante el primer cuatrimestre del 2010 en colaboración con la Universidad de Buenos Aires (UBA), Cátedra de Desarrollo Comunitario de la Carrera de Comunicaciones, el Programa de Terminalidad Educativa-D inició un estudio orientado a detectar personas con discapacidad para cursar estudios secundarios de manera presencial, semipresencial o a distancia durante el próximo ciclo lectivo entre los inscriptos en la Oficina de Empleo de la Unidad para Personas con Discapacidad.

Durant les quatre premiers mois de 2010, en collaboration avec la chaire du développement communautaire de l'Université de Buenos Aires (UBA), le Programme d'achèvement des études-D a lancé une analyse visant à rechercher, parmi les personnes inscrites au Bureau de l'emploi de l'Unité pour les personnes handicapées, celles susceptibles de suivre des études secondaires d'une manière collective et semi-collective classique ou à distance dès la prochaine année scolaire.

在2010年第一季度,在布宜诺斯艾利斯大学传媒专业的社会发展讲堂的合作下,教育终结――D方案着手开展一项研究,以便对残疾人进行调查,帮助在残疾人股就业办公室注册登记的残疾人在下一学年通过全日制教育、在职教育和远程教育的方式继续中学学习。
