In addition to assistance to be provided by the Consulate General of India Jeddah, the Government is deploying 506 India-based officers including Doctors, Paramedics, Assistant Haj Officers and Haj Assistants in addition to around 600 locally recruited employees to look after the welfare of the pilgrims. 11 branch dispensaries and one hospital will be set up at Makkah to provide round the clock medical assistance to the pilgrims.

भारतीय कोंसलावास, जद्दा द्वारा दी गयी सहायता के अतिरिक्त सरकार हजयात्रियों के हित-कल्याण की देख-रेख करने के लिए स्थानीय तौर पर भर्ती किये गये लगभग 600 कर्मचारियों के अतिरिक्त 506 भारत-आस्थानी अधिकारियों की तैनाती कर रही है जिसमें डाक्टर, अर्ध-चिकित्सक, सहायक हज अधिकारी और हज सहायक शामिल हैं । हजयात्रियों को चौबीसों घंटे चिकित्सा सहायता मुहैया कराने के लिए मक्का में 11 शाखा औषधालयों और एक अस्पताल की स्थापना की गयी है ।
