ARTÍCULO 3o – El capital social es de R$ 5.975.433.454,43 (cinco mil millones, novecientos setenta y cinco millones, cuatrocientos treinta y tres mil, cuatrocientos cincuenta y cuatro reales y cuarenta y tres centavos), dividido en 327.502.673 (trescientos veintisiete millones, quinientas dos mil, seiscientas setenta y tres) acciones, siendo 109.167.751 (ciento nueve millones, ciento sesenta y siete mil, setecientas cincuenta y una) Párrafo único – Independientemente de reforma estatutaria, el capital social podrá ser aumentado hasta el límite máximo de R$ 17.926.300.363,29 (diecisiete mil millones, novecientos veintiséis millones, trescientos mil, trescientos sesenta y tres reales y veintinueve centavos), mediante deliberación del Consejo de Administración y escuchándose antes el Consejo Fiscal.
