The present invention relates to technological methods for coating surfaces of a solid material (a solid body) and producing a multifunctional protective nanosized film, in particular for modifying surfaces with the purpose of improving the properties thereof, and can be used in instrument engineering, electronics, mechanical engineering, a fuel and energy complex, housing and utilities, and other industries, for example, in microelectronics, when producing parts with pre-determined properties, and for AI systems.

L'invention se rapporte à des procédés industriels utilisés pour le revêtement de surfaces faites d'un matériau dur (corps) et pour obtenir un film de protection multifonctionnel nanométrique notamment pour la modification de surfaces afin d'améliorer leurs propriétés, et peut être utilisée dans la fabrication d'instruments, dans l'électronique, dans les machines-outils, dans les centrales électriques à combustible, dans des complexes d'habitations communes et dans d'autres domaines comme en microélectronique, dans la fabrication de pièces ayant des propriétés prédéterminées et dans des systèmes d'intelligence artificielle.
