ولكي تمتثل الشركة المندمجة امتثالاً فعالاً لأحكام القرار النهائي وتتجنب التجربة والخطأ بلا داع، لا بد من موافقة الشركة أو تعاونها في عملية الموافقة المشروطة على الاندماج.
