The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition with both immediate and extended release characteristics, and more specifically, to a pharmaceutical composition comprising: an extended release portion comprising a pharmaceutically active ingredient, a release control material and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier wherein a water-insoluble polymer is coated on the surface; and an immediate release portion comprising a pharmaceutically active ingredient and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.

본 발명은 속효성과 지속성을 동시에 갖는 약제학적 조성물에 관한 것으로, 수불용성 폴리머로 표면 도포되어 있고, 약학적 활성 성분, 방출제어 기제와 약학적 허용 담체를 포함하는 서방부 및 약학적 활성 성분과 약학적 허용 담체를 포함하는 속방부를 포함하는 약제학적 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 약제학적 조성물은 약학적 활성 성분, 방출 제어 기제와 약학적 허용 담체를 포함하는 서방부의 표면을 수불용성 폴리머로 도포함으로서 속방부와 분리하여 속방부와 서방부가 독립적인 방출특성을 나타내고, 사용 가능한 약학적 활성 성분의 함량과 종류에 제한이 없으면서 비교적 간단한 공정으로 제조될 수 있다.
