Vorzugsweise wird als cyclisches Phosphonsäureanhydrid ein 2,4,6-substituiertes 1,3,5,2,4,6-trioxatriphosphinan-2,4,6-trioxid der Formel (I) eingesetzt, worin R' unabhängig voneinander für Allyl, Aryl oder offenkettige oder verzweigte C1 bis C12-Alkyl-Reste steht.
