Where a user makes a complaint concerning a physician, dentist or pharmacist, or a resident, the local service quality and complaints commissioner shall without delay refer the complaint for investigation to the medical examiner designated pursuant to section 42 and shall inform the user in writing, indicating the date of the referral.

Lorsque la plainte de l’usager concerne un médecin, un dentiste ou un pharmacien, de même qu’un résident, le commissaire local aux plaintes et à la qualité des services la transfère sans délai pour examen au médecin examinateur désigné conformément à l’article 42 et en informe par écrit l’usager, en y indiquant la date du transfert.
