In the framework of the National Programme of Action for Children, under the section on children in especially difficult circumstances, attention is given to repatriated children; the safe and orderly repatriation of the young trans-border migrant is ensured and his rights, his physical and emotional integrity and his reintegration into his family and community guaranteed.

Dans le cadre du programme d'action national en faveur de l'enfance, s'agissant des enfants qui vivent dans des conditions particulièrement difficiles, on s'est préoccupé des enfants rapatriés, en veillant à ce que l'enfant migrant à l'échelon international soit rapatrié en toute sécurité et en bon ordre en garantissant ses droits, son intégrité physique et émotionnelle ainsi que sa réinsertion dans sa famille et sa communauté.
