والأسباب المسوقة للأخذ بالإنفاذ المعجَّل تستهدف عادة تشجيع استخدام التوفيق واجتناب الحالات التي قد تستغرق فيها الدعوى في المحكمة من أجل إنفاذ التسوية شهورا أو سنوات للتوصل إلى إصدار حكم.
