Disabled contributor’s child and orphan benefits—According to the provisions of the Act, each child of a contributor who is receiving disability benefits or a child of contributor who is deceased is entitled to a benefit as long as the child is under the age of 18, or is between the ages of 18 and 25 and attending school full-time.
