The Company, acting in good faith, reserves the right to cancel or replace the Programme or transfer the ownership of the Programme and the right to make alterations to or amend the Programme, the General Terms and Conditions, Flying Blue Communication, the XP and Miles accumulation structure, Reward structure, Miles redemption structure, the participation of any Partner in the Programme, or Programme procedures as described in Programme documents at any time.

La Sociedad, actuando de buena fe, se reserva el derecho a cancelar o sustituir el Programa o a transferir la propiedad del mismo, así como el derecho a modificar o reformar en cualquier momento dicho Programa, las Condiciones generales, la Comunicación Flying Blue, la estructura de acumulación de XP y de Millas, la estructura de Premios, la estructura de canje de Millas, la participación de cualquier Empresa asociada en el Programa o los procedimientos del Programa según se describe en los documentos del mismo.
