6.8 If any sum payable under the Contract is not paid on or before the due date for payment we will be entitled to charge you interest on that sum at the rate set out in the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 4% from the due date until the date of payment (whether before or after judgment), such interest to accrue on a daily basis.

6.8 Si cualquier suma pagadera conforme al Contrato no se abonase en o antes de la fecha de vencimiento del pago, tendremos derecho a cobrar intereses sobre la misma al tipo definido en la Ley de pago tardío de deudas comerciales (intereses) de 1998 del 4% desde dicha fecha de vencimiento hasta la fecha en que se efectúe el pago (antes o después de sentencia), interés acumulable a diario.
