Ein Kalibrierverfahren einer MPI (=magnetic particle imaging)-Apparatur zur Durchführung eines MPI-Experiments, wobei das Kalibrierverfahren m Kalibrier-MPI-Messungen mit einer Kalibrierprobe umfasst und aus diesen eine Bildrekonstruktionsmatrix erzeugt, mit der die Signalbeiträge von N Voxeln innerhalb eines Untersuchungsvolumens der MPI-Apparatur ermittelt werden, wobei im Kalibrierverfahren Compressed-Sensing-Schritte mit einer Transformationsmatrix, die die Bildrekonstruktionsmatrix sparsifiziert, angewendet werden, und dass lediglich eine Anzahl M N Kalibrier-MPI-Messungen für M Voxel durchgeführt und daraus die Bildrekonstruktionsmatrix erstellt und abgespeichert wird.

A calibration method for an MPI (=magnetic particle imaging) apparatus for conducting an MPI experiment, wherein the calibration method comprises m calibration MPI measurements with a calibration test piece and uses these measurements to generate an image reconstruction matrix with which the signal contributions of N voxels within an investigation volume of the MPI apparatus are determined, wherein compressed sensing steps are applied in the calibration method with a transformation matrix that sparsifies the image construction matrix, and wherein only a number M N of calibration MPI measurements for M voxels are carried out, from which the image reconstruction matrix is created and stored.

Le procédé d'étalonnage regroupe m mesures d'étalonnage par magnétoscopie effectuées au moyen d'une sonde d'étalonnage et produit à partir de celles-ci une matrice de reconstruction d'image, au moyen de laquelle les contributions de signal de N voxels à l'intérieur d'un volume d'analyse de l'appareil de magnétoscopie sont déterminées. Des étapes d'acquisition comprimée sont appliquées au cours du procédé d'étalonnage au moyen d'une matrice de transformation, qui raréfie la matrice de reconstruction d'image. Seul un nombre M N de mesures d'étalonnage par magnétoscopie pour M voxels sont mises en œuvre, et la matrice de reconstruction d'images est établie à partir desdites mesures et est mémorisée.
