وفي عام 2011، كلف المنتدى الدائم دالي سامبو دورو وميغان ديفيس بإجراء دراسة بشأن إعداد بروتوكول اختياري لإعلان الأمم المتحدة بشأن حقوق الشعوب الأصلية، يركز على آلية طوعية محتملة تعمل بمثابة هيئة لتلقي الشكاوى على الصعيد الدولي، لا سيما المطالبات والخروقات بشأن حقوق الشعوب الأصلية في الأراضي والأقاليم والموارد على الصعيد المحلي (انظر E/C.19/2014/7).

In 2011, the Permanent Forum appointed Dalee Sambo Dorough and Megan Davis to undertake a study on an optional protocol to the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples, focusing on a potential voluntary mechanism to serve as a complaints body at the international level, in particular for claims and breaches of indigenous peoples’ rights to lands, territories and resources at the domestic level (see E/C.19/2014/7).

En 2011, el Foro Permanente designó a las Sras. En 2011, l’Instance permanente a chargé Dalee Sambo Dorough et Megan Davis d’entreprendre une étude sur un protocole facultatif à la Déclaration des Nations Unies sur les droits des peuples autochtones, en mettant l’accent sur un éventuel mécanisme volontaire permettant l’examen des plaintes au niveau international en ce qui concerne notamment les revendications des peuples autochtones et la violation de leurs droits relatifs aux terres, aux territoires et aux ressources au plan local (E/C.19/2014/7).

В 2011 году Постоянный форум поручил Дали Самбо Дороу и Мегану Дэвису провести изучение вопроса о факультативном протоколе к Декларации Организации Объединенных Наций о правах коренных народов с уделением особого внимания вопросу о возможном создании добровольного механизма, который использовался бы для рассмотрения на международном уровне жалоб, в частности, касающихся притязаний на земли, территории и ресурсы коренных народов и нарушений их соответствующих прав на страновом уровне (см.
